Hello, Shay Shay! How are you?

Skipping pills will also cause you to start your period at odd times, because it is lack of hormones in the last week of pills that actually allows you to have your period.

There would be no point in taking Wednesdays pill so long after missing it, the doubling up thing only helps within a day or so of missing it.

You need to just get yourself back on track by taking one each day, set yourself up with some sort of reminder system, so you don't keep skipping pills. There are free apps you can put on your phone, if you have a smartphone.

With as many as you have missed, it is not good to assume that you are still protected against pregnancy and shouldn't assume you are, until you have taken them continuously for 7 days, without missing any.

If this continues to be an issue for you, then you should consult your doctor as you may be better off with the IUD or shots.

Is there anything else I can help with?
