Is it just on one side of the body, or both?
The FDA classifies Mirtazapine as an antidepressant and it has been known to cause some back pain, as a side effect, along with nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth and weakness.
But there's also a chance that could be due to a pinched nerve, if it's happening when you change positions.
Have you had this checked out by your doctor, yet?
