Hello, Tommie! How are you?

You should follow you doctor's instructions. Generally, the modern preferred method is to have someone gradually reduce their dosage, while starting to skip days, such as going down to 40mgs on Monday, then skipping Tuesday, then taking the 40mgs again on Wednesday. Do that for a week, then reduce to 35mgs the next week and so on.

The FDA lists the possibly withdrawal effects as including nausea, dizziness, fever, chills, rebound pain, depression and mood swings.

Is there anything else I can help with?
