Minokem 5 Lotion

My hair is continuosly falling for last 3 to 4 years and thining also..before 3 years my hair were rery thick and shiny..I m jst 25 years old..please if any one have idea tell me what should I do?really I m very tired with falling of hair..please tell me solution if any one have idea..and how about minokem5% lotion..
