Minastrin 24 Fe Cramping
UpdatedIm at the end of my second month taking minastrin 24 fe. I have no period but i have mild cramping. Should I be concerned?

That can a normal side effect of this medication, as reported by the FDA. You may also experience nausea, dizziness, headache and irritability.
However, if it continue past 3 months, or worsens, you should consult your doctor.
