Minastrin 24 Fe Placebo
UpdatedHi! I have been on Minasterin FE 24 for about 1 year now. I had my normal period last month that started on the second day of the brown placebo pills. I started the white pills on the same day I started my period (meaning I didn't take 2 of the brown placebo pills). Am I at a higher risk for pregnancy this month?

No, those are also placebo tablets, so to speak, they only contain an iron supplement to help prevent women from becoming anemic, due to their menstrual bleeding, according to FDA listings. As long you don't miss any active pills, you should be fine, but it never hurts to check for pregnancy, if you are concerned.
The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, PMS like symptoms, and irregular bleeding.
Is there anything else I can help with?
