Milk Thistle Supplement

I am diagnosed of having a non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. And my doctor prescribed me with a supplement that milk thistle is the main ingredient but that certain brand is difficult to find or not available in many pharmacies. Can I take LIVERAIDE capsule as other alternative? And what is the right dosage for me? I am a female and 45 years of age.

TAKE GODEX DS AND VIT. B COMPLEX 1-6-12, TAKE THEM TOGETHER ONCE A DAY FOR 4-6 MONTHS. BUT AFTER 4 MONTHS, TAKE A LAB-TEST FOR CBC, ALT, AST, DB, TB, PRO. TIME....IT WORKED FOR ME....GOOD LUCK....
