This is not a Vicodin tablet.

This tablet is manufactured by Mikart Inc. and they list it as containing 325mgs of Acetaminophen, 50mgs of Butalbital and 40mgs of Caffeine. It is a barbiturate that is most commonly used to treat or prevent migraines.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, dry mouth, somnolence and nervousness.

However, if you have a bad headache and don't usually get them, you need to have it checked out by your doctor and should only take this medication, if it has been prescribed for you.
