how many mg per day for 10 days,each pill is 250mg i have a bad infection from sinusitis

I'd like to help you find an answer to your question, but can't look up any dosage information without the name of the medication you are referring to.

I did pull up a basic link (which you can view below) that has plenty of information regarding the use of antibiotics for sinusitis; including which one's work best, how long they are used, possible side effects, etc:

For future reference though, please post as much information as you can about the pill or medication you're wanting to learn more about, so others can be of more help without being left guessing. I know this post is a few months old, but I hope you've recovered 100% by now from that bad sinus infection!
