You can get it at the juarez border that is in tornillo, tx and casetas, mexico. It is $35 for terfamex for 30 pills. It's available over the counter there and they have different brands of it too like adipex.

Yes, it will. I have taken it with my thyroid n to me it works even better.

Actually you do need a prescription, at least down where I live (Monterrey).

I have taken the 30mg and it is equal to the Phentermine from America..
I did learn from the pharmacist in Mexico that if I feel sluggish the drink water
