Mexico Phentermine

I am looking for a doctor who will prescribe phentermine 37.5 mg from mexico for weight loss treatment.. Is it legal to obtain it through mail order, if that's at all possible?

A U.S. doctor cannot prescribe a Mexican medication. They can only legally prescribe what is approved by the FDA for use and sale in the U.S.

Additionally, as long as that medication is available here, or an equivalent is available, it would also be illegal to order it via mail for import. The only exception would be if you were visiting that location, a doctor prescribed it there and then you were returning to the U.S., in such a case, you could bring back up to a 3 month supply.

Phentermine is available here, as a name brand and a generic, so there is also no need to obtain it from Mexico.

The FDA lists this medication as being a stimulant that's used to aid in weight loss. It carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, nervousness, irritability, mood swings and insomnia.
