I'm a pharmacist trying to identify some mexican drug names told to me by a patient. One was "Soltrim"...which I discovered was Sulfamethoxazole/Trimethoprim ("Bactrim" in the USA). But I can't find what the trade names "Enzmat" and "Espabion" are. What are their generic names and what are they used for/classification?

From what I can find, it is likely that your patient meant Anzemet, which contains the active ingredient Dolasetron, which is used to treat or prevent nausea and vomiting.
Common side effects can include: headache, drowsiness, dizziness and diarrhea.

Espabion contains the active ingredient Trimebutine, it's an antimuscarinic, with partial opiate agonist effects, it is most commonly given to help alleviate the symptoms associated with conditions such as IBS.
