UpdatedHi. I'm always taking Metzok-50 in the morning at 9am... Now my question is, can I take Metzok-50 at 3am?

There should not be any issue, as long as your doctor approves.
The NIH lists the typical side effects of this medication as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination, and hypotension.
Are you on any other medications? Why do you need to change the time?
