Metoprolol Tartrate Tablet Variances And Side Effects

The druggist changed the color of my metoprolol from a blue round pill to a white oval pill and the white oval one seems to have given my legs a hard time walking and my hands are very tight. I know I have arthritis but this is more than usual. Could there be any connection? I believe there is. Since I've started taking the white one I drop everything and hardly walk. Would there be some ingredient in the white pill that was not in the blue pill?

The FDA lists the typical side effects of this medication as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, increased urination, and hypotension.
