Metoprolol Tartrate 25mg Generic Tablets

I have been taking metropolol 25 mg 2x/day for years. My tablet has been oval shaped with what looks like an "m" then a center score and a script looking "B" under that when the pill is held upright. My latest refill is round with "M 18" and the other side is center scored. Are these the identically same medices? It is so difficult with so many generic medicnes being white tablets. It is scary wondering if you get the same medicines.

But yes, the tablet with the M 18 marking on it does contain 25mgs of Metoprolol, which is a beta blocker that's most commonly used to treat high blood pressure and some cardiac conditions.
