Metoprolol Substitute

Need drug that controls heart paplitations. Presently metoprolol is doing that but it is likely causing erectile dysfunction.

I am traveling in Costa Rica and they say that they DO NOT have metoprolol. Is there another name for it in Spanish, or a suitable substitute?
