I've taken metoprolol Succ Tb 100Mg ER for a few year from Mylan. Now I'm taking the same from PAR. I've started getting a lot of palpitation. Could this by the reason?

It is difficult to say, there can be fluctuations in the amount of the active ingredient from one generic to another and adjusting to a slightly different dosage could result in your experiencing palpitations. Other side effects, as listed by the FDA, may include nausea, dizziness, increased urination and headache.
However, it would be best to have yourself checked out by your doctor to be sure of what's going on.
