Meds.prescribed ,
Metoprolol 25Mg. twice a day,ASA 81Mg ,,Atorvastatin 80Mg.
Month first and second no serious side effects ,minor Arythmia,blood pressure readings 100 - 110 over 60_70 and puls rate 65- 75
Now in the 3rd month ,more often arythmia,BP readings 95- 100 over 57- 60 and pluse rate 53-58.and experiencing Dizziness,Lightheadedness,and unbalance when walking or getting up .I decided today to reduce the Metoprolol dose to once a day .
l have an Appointment with my Cardiologist on the end of Aug.2017.Thank you .

It would be best not to lower the dosage, without your doctor's approval.
The NIH lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination, and hypotension.
Has anything else changed in your life style, or medication regimen?
