Metanx contains the active ingredients L-methylfolate, methylcobalamin (Vitamin B6) and Pyridoxal 5 (Vitamin B12).

It has been shown effective for treating various neuropathic conditions.

You may experience some side effects like: nausea, stomach upset, diarrhea and numbness or tingling.
