The length of time any drug remains in your system is going to vary from individual to individual, based on several factors, such as:
-how much you take
-how often you take it
-your metabolic rate
-your age and health
-body mass
-diet
-etc...

Methylprednisolone however, has an average half life of 18 to 36 hours. This means that it can take the body anywhere from 18 to 36 hours to clear 50% of the drug (after your last dose).

You can see here that if you've been taking the drug regularly, then your dosing intervals may actually come before the long half life of the drug and therefore remain in your system longer (due to the higher dose that's now present in your system) - hypothetically speaking. That said, I wouldn't be surprised at all if it remained in your system for as long as a week. Although most drugs tend to be flushed within the first few days.

If anyone else has a more accurate way of determining this, please do share.

I hope this helps!
