Methylprednisolone 4 Mg

I just finished using this for itchy skin at 35+ wks pregnant, i now have a yeast infection am i okay to take a over the counter med for it or one the dr prescribed?

Hi mandy,

Since you are pregnant, I believe you would need to ask your doctor about every medication you are thinking about taking wether it's prescription or OTC. What is the name of the OTC medication you're considering and what are the active ingredients?

I'm not sure if you're allowed to take probiotics, but doing so may be able to prevent yeast infections in the future by reinstating good bacteria in your body. Also, apple cider vinegar is a popular alternative for treating yeast infections without medications. Based on my research, Braggs apple cider vinegar is safe for use during and after pregnancy and can be used internally and externally.
