Located a match for a round white pill with an M on one side in a square and a 5 on the other, it's Methylin (active ingredient methylphenidate) 5 mg. Methylin is indicated in the treatment of attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder, Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome and narcolepsy, although off-label uses include treating lethargy, depression, neural insult, and obesity.
