Thanks for taking the time to share that dosing information.
According to the manufacturer's guidelines, they also suggest taking 10 to 20mg orally 2 or 3 times daily; with a third dose to be only be taken if necessary (as in some patients, a lesser amount may still suffice).
The dosing indications could be somewhat different for each individual, as well as those using sustained release tablets.
So, in my opinion it's always important to verify this type of information with your doctor first.
