Should i take methycobal 500(white)..a 13 year old boy..for headaches?

This is a nutritional supplement, not a medication, so its side effect profiles have not been studied and the only way it will help with headaches is if they are caused by a deficiency in this nutrient.

Have you seen a doctor for the headaches? It is very important, if they occur often or are severe, that you find out what is causing them.
