My son has theses pills he said they were his friends and there methadone one side is slit to break it the other side has ASC then under it 116

Thank you. I have an old RX and was put in a bottle and wasn't sure, actually the RX is about 1 year old, I wanted to be sure that is what it was and yes that is right, 54 with 142 on it. Wanted to be sure before I took any when I have severe back pains. Thanks again, Pat

Hmmm this is a tough one. Methadone tablets come in a number of forms and doses, so the appearance will totally vary.

For example, I have seen pictures from round white with imprint 54 over 142 on one side and a score in the middle on the other to Pink, scored 4 ways with Lilly and U53 below it.

Do you have any more information such as color, shape, dose, size, etc?
