Methadone Patient Gets False + For Buprenorphine

I am currently a patient at a Methadone Clinic and have been for over 3 years now. I have never failed a drug test at my clinic in the 3+ years I've been a patient. This morning my counsler calls me to tell me that 3-4 weeks ago I tested positive for buprenorphine. She resubmitted it to the lab for further testing, and it still came back with a positivie result. I take 140mgs. of Methadone daily, motrin or excedrine when needed, and Diphenhydramine at night to sleep. I've been taking this combination of meds for 3+ years as well, never having received a positive result for anything other than Methadone until now. Is there something more I can do to prevent this frm happening again?

Im seen at a PM clinic and take 80mg of methadone, 20mg of hydromorphine, 350mg of lamotrigine, 1.5mg of xanax, 5mg of Bystolic, and have always taken my meds regulary. I have been a patient for 3+years here. two weeks ago I tesyed negitive FOR EVERYTHING!!!! I had refilled my meds 4 days before my appointment, and thepill count they also gave me was right on, I had ALL my medication. They were suppose to watch me pee, and didnt, and I was given a bottle without my name on it, and it was placed with four other samples on a tray. I guess my question is how could I test Negitive for every medication I take? It was sent to the lab, that was two weeks ago. Should I call the clinic and tell them the mistakes that were made by the nurse, and PA I seen that day? I havent seen this PA much, they have bounced me between 6 PA's in the last few months. I never had a problem before, I was told I have NEVER been a problem patient, except with this last PA, she has been short with me, only spends 5 minutes to refill my perscriptions, and now a ALL NEGITIVE UV? how is it even possible with the amount of meds I take? I offered to retest infront of her, she denied me a second test.
