Methadone Grievance Policy Please Help Need Some Insight

I have been at a clinic for 3 years now, got along with everyone never any problems kept to myself did what I had to do. Anytime I called this girl out in our group she felt like I was attacking her, the type of girl who's life was always coming to the end tried helping her. Couple weeks later we had a little argument outside, no biggie. She filed a grievance, lying saying I put my hands on her and selling my meds. they never listened to my side and are throwing me out 30 day taper. I'm a good ole country boy, was raised you never touch a woman or you'll be answering to the lord and my wife was standing there as well. she's conflict of interest so she can't be my witness. no where else takes medicaid. I'm in Winston n.c - if you can give me any advice please do!!! HOW CAN ONE PERSON FILE AND Your F***** GONE ??? Thanks

Hello, Lance! How are you? I'm very sorry about what happened to you.

However, such policies are entirely up to the clinics and they are allowed to dismiss someone for whatever reason they deem appropriate, just like a regular doctor can. They aren't obligated to treat anyone.

The FDA classifies his medication as being an opiate analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.

Does anyone know of a clinic they can suggest in that area?

Get a lawyer and tell him what's going on at ur clinic. they should be able to tell u what to do.Have u talked to the clinic director? Were there any witnesses that could vowge for u? This is all I think u can do. Hope this helps u.

Jesus. I don't know your back story but sounds like they have a zero tolerance policy. Ive heard this countless times. No of course its not fair. Screw that its down right vicious and harmful to someone's health and sobriety. I know you're not foolin cause you wouldn't be here talking about it. I'm here to listen and do my best to help. Ive been a sobriety coach, I take methadone for advanced stage spinal disease. I know its sounds conflicting but like I said I have knowledge on a lot of things. Talk anytime

Got a prescription for hydrocodone 5mgs.Took one upon filling (after tooth extraction from dentist knowing I'm on methadone) and called clinic counselor. Said i just lost my code. I'm like what and came to give them remaining 11 pills from script an hour after dry socket procedure. Still says i lose my code. Is this right?

I'm not sure from what part of the country your from it would help if you give location and explain what your CODE IS?? If it's your entitlement or place on the clinic we can give some insight.if it's on the east coast ( NJ NY CONN ) I can personally share some information on how you might proceed. Nashville Tennessee is my home clinic. Only one here. Am at a code allowing two weeks take homes for past 5 years without any problems. Choose not to go to monthly but now feel robbed. Have to walk 30 minutes, then catch a bus to go to the clinic. It's now winter so thirty straight days is going to be hard on me to make and get to work on time so this creates a hardship too.
