What is a good methadone starting dose?

I been on methadone for 5 years now and thinking I might need to increase my mgs... I'm currently at 80mg and get a 6-pack take-home each week. I'm starting to have hot & cold sweat's lately but I'm not in any other discomfort yet. Is there a time limit when you may have to decide if you are getting immune to the dosage and need an increase? Thanks for your feedback, it helps a lot of people.
