I have been addicted to pain pills for nearly 20 yrs. can anyone tell me a good methadone doctor in hickory NC.

If you are looking to use it to break your addiction, then you will have to go to a Methadone clinic, a private physician isn't allowed to prescribe it for that under the current laws.

To be used to treat addiction, it has to be used under the supervision of those that are specially trained in using it for that in a clinical setting.

Have you considered treatment with Suboxone?
