Do methadone clinics check for hep-c in the annual blood draws? Kinda trying to figure out when I contracted it.

Not usually, in most cases, they only check for medication compliance, according to FDA regulations.

Methadone also carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, constipation, and dry mouth.

Have you had any other possible exposures, such as in a hospital, your doctor's office, or intimately?

Rubbish. The blood test that is ordered by Methadone clinics is very narrow in scope, and is used to assess the condition of your liver due to increased risk of Hepatitis C. They can also, with your consent, check for HIV and Hep C.
