Methadone And Speed Addictions

i am 52 i have been legily been percribed methadone 130mg p d when i was taking the med at chemist i found it wasnt holding me so i had both orally and heriov by needlei haave 130 ml addiction to methadone also 3.00 a day on herion i am very nieve and upset that i in ethier position never done drugs in my lifei have a worse problemuntil 4yrs ago now i asked someone i know i just want to be on the meth prob gramme and not herion as well they said simple stop the herion keep on the methadone but start using speeed i beleive them so i did now i have 300 doolar a day speed habit plus 130ml meth and my legs are 3 times the size went to drs they put me on fled tabs been on a week now getting worse theyp
burning nstining burning i feel terrible i dont know what the hel to do im in one state my family all in another plese help me dont know what to do went to drug and acahol service s plenty of them they are all full

Hello,

I'm sorry to hear about what you're going through. If I may ask, why did you start taking the methadone? Was it to help with the heroin? Honestly, if you want to be clean and free of drugs, you need to speak with your doctor about weening off your current medications so your withdrawal symptoms won't be as severe and so you can start fresh; free of synthetic medications.

I recommend that you start juicing or somehow start incorporating lots of fruits and vegetables into your diet along with an 30 min- 1 hour a day of exercise. Doing so should really help your body get rid of the unnecessary toxins and cleanse your body so that it can recuperate from all of the drugs. When it comes to exercise, you don't even have to have a gym membership, just simply be active in some way every day. Take a walk, ride a bike, just something to get your body moving. If you're dealing with pain I also recommend that you try essential oils, there are many different oils for all types of ailments.
