Methadone 10 Mg Vs Dolophine 10mg

What's the difference between Roxane 54/142 and 54/549 dolophine 10mg pills? Is the dolophine stronger and where can I fill my RX for the later? My pharmacy has been filling hydrochloride instead of dolophine I'm prescribed. These are both methadone.

Yes, both of the tablets you've mentioned contain 10mgs of Methadone. It seems you're misunderstanding what some of this stuff means, so I'll try to clear it up for you.

This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.

Hydrochloride only designates the specific chemical salt that the medication is derived from, so these are both actually Methadone Hydrochloride, thus neither is stronger, they are the same.

Roxane is the name of a pharmaceutical company that makes generic medications and Dolophine is the name brand for Methadone, but they are both still the same medication.
