I'm not sure if you were aware of this, but you actually just answered your own question within your question.

The dosages of this combination are as you stated:

metformin 500mg + glimepiride 1 or 2 mg + voglibose 0.2 mg

NOTE: the glimepiride is available in 1 or 2mg doses depending on which version you get.
