Has your doctor prescribed them both and instructed you to take them at those times?
Both Metformin and Glyburide are oral antidiabetic medications, so they shouldn't be taken unless your doctor has prescribed them for you and, if your doctor has prescribed them, you should take them according to the instructions they've provided you.
