UpdatedI Transfered my Medication however my prescription Before used to Metformin 1000MG Tab Her, and the new one says Metformin 1000 MG Tables. Should i take it back or are they the same?

There's nothing to worry about, they are the same, the Her was just an abbreviation for that particular manufacturer, some pharmacies list it that way on the label and some do not.
The FDA lists the typical side effects of this medication as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, flatulence and stomach pain.
