Metanx & Footpain (Page 2)

I have taken metanx for 2 1/2 mo my feet and ancles have gotten so sore i could hardly walk on them. I quit taking the med. 3 days ago and can feel a great differance in the pain leavel.

I have been on Metanx for approximately 3 weeks now. I have had Neuropathy for approximately 15 years. I have had some relief in recent years due to the natural progression of the disease and have not had a lot of pain for a while. Now that I am on the Metanx I am feeling a lot of phantom lightning pain. It is so bad today I am having trouble concentrating on anything. Should I give it more time? I have only read one response so far that says yes, give it more time. Anyone else had luck after the pain comes back?

I get metanx from a mail order pharmacy called Brand Direct Health. Found it on the metanx website. I am paying 48 dollars for 90 day supply. Been doing this for more than a year. Cash price, better than my old insurance co-pay which was 60 dollars per month. That seems crazy! It pays to shop around.
