What is the difference between:
Metanx Caps 2.5 - 20 - 1 MG
Metanx Tablets 2 - 3- 35 MG

Hi Sylvia,

According to the manufacturer's webpage, each Metanx capsule contains 3mgs of Calcium + 35mgs of Vitamin B6 + 2mgs of Vitamin B12.

The only difference I'm seeing with those numbers in your description, is that they can pertain to different dosages of these three ingredients.
