I am taking 500 mg. of naproxen, with 500 mg. of metamizol sodico and tylenol. I am worried about any drug interactions. this would be short term use for a bad back spasm.

Oddly enough, I'm not finding any specific drug interaction details relating to Metamizole or its brand names. I'm assuming this may be a foreign medication, as that would explain why it's not listed in U.S. drug interaction checkers.
However with regards to Naproxen and Tylenol, there are no drug interactions listed between the two. So I get the sense that you should be fine taking those together.
Is your current doctor the one who prescribed Metamizole with the other two medications? If not, you may want to double check with him/her just to be on the safe side.
