I took nightquil for my sinus congestion, coughing but can I take a mersyndol for my migraine as well?

Hello, Ashley! How are you? I'm sorry that you're ill.

However, if the Nyquil that you took contained Acetaminophen, then no, you should not also take the Mersyndol, since it also contains Acetaminophen and taking too much of it could result in fatal toxicity.

The FDA classifies Mersyndol as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.

Is there anything else I can help with?
