Merck Dolo Neurobion Side Effect

I have been prescribed dolo-neurobion by my doctor and would like to know what are the side effects I should be aware of.

Dolo-Neurobion appears to be manufactured in Mexico and contains the following active ingredients: Diclofenac Sodium + Vitamin B1 + Vitamin B6 + Vitamin B12.

As far as side effects go, I wouldn't necessarily be concerned about the vitamins; since vitamins are in nearly everything we eat as it is.
