The tablet with the M 0552 marking contains 5mgs of Oxycodone in a regular release formulation.

The M logo in this case is actually for Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals, not Merck, though.

This is a narcotic analgesic, so it may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, dry mouth, constipation and drowsiness.
