This contains 50mgs of Meperidine and 25mgs of Promethazine. Meperidine is a a narcotic pain reliever and Promethazine is used to help prevent the nausea that it can cause in some people.
Common side effects may include: dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
