Mensuration Problem

i am 25 years old but not having mensuration yet, what is reason behind it
?is there any treatment for this.

You've never menstruated, yet?

If not, then you should see your doctor for an exam and some testing. You may not be producing the proper hormones to induce menstrual cycles.

Are you otherwise normally developed as a female, with breasts and vagina?

no i have not devloped breast as female... my cousin has suffering from same problem she is 30 years old she told me that there is no treatment for this thats why i feel hesitation to cosult with doctor
