If you do go up to 600mm it may well ease your pain BUT in my case it produced amnesia which can be very disturbing if your not warned.Also the higher dose is only for a while and then 300mm will be as effective for pain.Be warned the come down from 600 to 300 should be done slowly.The side effects are similar to coming up on a pill with no benefit only hot flushes, confusion and disorientation
