For a child under the age of 12 years, one (1) capsule of Memo Plus Gold should be given preferably after breakfast.

Above 12 years old, the recommended dosage is two (2) capsules a day. The two capsules should be taken after breakfast. If you are constipated, please add a slice of bread with butter for your breakfast.
