I am a chain smoker. I smoke between 40 to 60 sticks of cigarette a day. In the recent past, my health was very bad and felt very weak, tired and lethargic all the time..

I had a problem in the past in getting enough sleep everyday. When I first started taking Memo Plus Gold, I felt very sleepy. I think I got a side effect. I usually took 2 capsules at once. I seldom take memo plus because I'm just lazy, but lately I took it bcoz I have a big exam. I noticed whenever I take memo plus I had heat intolerance. I feel hot from the inside, which only reduced if I took a long bath. So now I'm reducing to one capsule per day.

Memo Plus Gold is available at all Mercury Drug and Watson outlets throughout the Philippines. It can also be bought at the independent pharmacies nationwide.

Unfortunately the product is not available in Italy.
