I have an IELTS exam next month and I am planning to take memo plus gold to enhance and boost brain and my mental alertness and of course to aim a good score. My question is, is there any other multivitamins that I can take with memo plus gold to have a better result?? I am planning to take vitamin B-Complex plus memo plus gold. Or any suggestion?? I am aggressively upset to have a good score on my examination day.. Any feedback from you is greatly appreciated.. Thank you!

For adults, the recommended dosage is 2 capsules a day for the first three (3) months. You may take 1 capsule after breakfast or after dinner, but it is also okay to take both after dinner before you sleep. After the initial 3 months, you may start taking 1 capsule a day as maintenance as long as it's after a meal.

A teratogenicity study was conducted on Memo Plus wherein it was found that Memo Plus Gold is safe for the pregnant lady and her fetus.

But our suggestion to a lady is to continue taking Memo Plus Gold throughout the full term only if you have been taking Memo Plus Gold before you became pregnant.

We do not encourage pregnant ladies to start taking Memo Plus Gold when you are pregnant. In that event, our strict advice to these ladies to take Memo Plus Gold after your baby is born.

I read the reply from Mariam with regret.

The old thinking was that one should take two capsules of Memo Plus Gold continuously for 3 months and thereafter, you can taper off to 1 capsule a day.

Recent clinical studies conducted in Australia have conclusively shown that you need to take 2 capsules a day indefinitely to see optimum effect!
