Medications start to lose effectiveness once expired, so the best thing to do would be to dispose of it and see your doctor for a new prescription, if you still require this medication.
The FDA listed the typical side effects of this NSAID as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding and stomach irritation.
