The FDA classifies Oxycodone as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.

I'm sorry, but there is no database that lists which pharmacy carries a medication from any given manufacturer. The only thing you can do is ask them, when you go to get your prescription filled.
