Melatonin False Positive

I just came back from my doctor and was discharged for a urine screen that said I was positive for suboxone. I have never in my life taken suboxone. I do take melatontin..xanax..and percocet. Could any of these drugs cause this?

Will melatonin cause someone to fail a drug test? I'm having trouble sleeping and have to test in a few days for parole. I'm thinking about taking melatonin to help but not sure if it will cause me to fail?
